2. About MGP Aesthetics

MGP Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics practice located at 290 Rose St, Danville, CA 94526. The practice is operated by Marie, a Board Certified Registered Nurse licensed in the State of California with over 18 years of clinical experience.

Medical Director Oversight: MGP Aesthetics operates under the supervision and oversight of a licensed Medical Director, a physician licensed to practice medicine in the State of California. The Medical Director provides clinical oversight, establishes treatment protocols and standardized procedures, and ensures all services are delivered in compliance with applicable California laws and regulations, including the Medical Board of California's guidelines and California Business & Professions Code.

Non-Surgical Services: All treatments and procedures offered by MGP Aesthetics are non-surgical in nature. Services include, but are not limited to, neurotoxin injections (Botox), dermal fillers, radiofrequency skin tightening, CO2 laser resurfacing, microneedling, and PRP therapies. These services are provided for cosmetic and aesthetic enhancement purposes only.

Regulatory Compliance: MGP Aesthetics operates in full compliance with all applicable California statutes and regulations governing medical spas and aesthetic practices, including but not limited to:

  • California Business & Professions Code §2052 et seq. — All medical aesthetic procedures are performed under the authority and supervision of a licensed physician (Medical Director) as required by law.
  • Medical Board of California Guidelines — The practice adheres to the Medical Board's standards for physician supervision of allied health professionals performing aesthetic procedures.
  • California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) Scope of Practice — All nursing services are performed within the authorized scope of practice for Registered Nurses in California, under appropriate physician delegation and supervision.
  • Standardized Procedures — Written standardized procedures, as required under California Code of Regulations Title 16, §1474, are maintained and govern the delivery of all clinical services.
  • Informed Consent — Prior to any treatment, clients are provided with a thorough explanation of the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks and side effects, alternative treatments, and aftercare instructions. Written informed consent is obtained before any procedure is performed, in accordance with California law.

Services provided by MGP Aesthetics do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or the establishment of a physician-patient relationship unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clients requiring medical evaluation or treatment will be referred to an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
